• Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Relations, Engineering, or related field
  • 2–3 years of professional experience in strategy, partnerships, consulting, or business development
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a global setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) Preferred Qualifications
• Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in multicultural or international environments
  • Familiarity with venture capital, venture building, or corporate innovation
  • Exposure to energy, infrastructure, or industrial sectors
  • Language skills: German or Spanish preferred; other languages a plus
  • Understanding of AI applications in business or strategy
  • Experience with tools like Miro, Notion, or project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Monday.com)
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a proactive mindset in navigating complex stakeholder landscapes

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Partnerships Associate play a pivotal role in supporting the development of global partnerships, joint ventures, and strategic collaborations within business.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners including our Ventures teams (Venture Capital, Venture Building, and Venture Clienting) to help shape initiatives that drive portfolio growth and innovation.
• Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings across time zones with internal and external stakeholders
  • Draft and refine strategic documents, partnership proposals, and benefit analyses
  • Create compelling presentations for senior leadership and global teams
  • Support the evaluation and development of joint ventures and strategic alliances
  • Collaborate with Ventures teams and other business units
  • Maintain organized documentation and follow-up actions for partnership initiatives
  • Contribute to strategic planning and execution of global partnership efforts
