Patient Services Coordinator (Front Desk Check-in)
Manages the day-to-day responsibilities associated with accommodating patient arrivals, departures and requirements at the front desk of the office.
JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES*:
- Greet, register, and check patients in/out
- Answer incoming calls
- Schedule, cancel, and confirm appointments
- Verify patient balances, collects and processes patient payments, and u pdates patient accounts
- Process insurance eligibility
- Manages medical records requests
- Handles patient complaints or concerns
- Performs other duties as assigned or requested

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum Experience: Some previous work-related experience.
- Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred but not required)
- eClinical Works (eCW) EMR is preferred
SKILLS:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must possess the ability to make decisions and problem solve
