UI/UX Designer
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and stakeholders.
- Conduct user research, interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
- Create user personas, journey maps, workflows, and information architecture.
- Design wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and interactive user interfaces.
- Develop responsive designs for web and mobile applications.
- Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Conduct usability testing and incorporate user feedback into design improvements.
- Analyze user behavior and product performance to optimize user experience.
- Ensure designs comply with accessibility standards (WCAG, ADA).
- Present design concepts and recommendations to business stakeholders.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of UI/UX Design experience.
- Strong experience with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
- Expertise in user-centered design principles and design thinking methodologies.
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Strong understanding of responsive and mobile-first design.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1).
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts.
- Strong visual design, typography, color theory, and layout skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing enterprise applications.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of design systems and component-based design.
- Experience with interaction design and animation tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, or related field.
