UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and stakeholders.
• Conduct user research, interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Create user personas, journey maps, workflows, and information architecture.
• Design wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and interactive user interfaces.
• Develop responsive designs for web and mobile applications.
• Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Conduct usability testing and incorporate user feedback into design improvements.
• Analyze user behavior and product performance to optimize user experience.
• Ensure designs comply with accessibility standards (WCAG, ADA).
• Present design concepts and recommendations to business stakeholders.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of UI/UX Design experience.
• Strong experience with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
• Expertise in user-centered design principles and design thinking methodologies.
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Strong understanding of responsive and mobile-first design.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1).
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts.
• Strong visual design, typography, color theory, and layout skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing enterprise applications.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of design systems and component-based design.
• Experience with interaction design and animation tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, or related field.
