The Law Offices of Gary Martin Hays & Associates has an immediate, full-time opening for an Accounting Clerk in our Financial Services department.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team. Experience as an administrative assistant or in a clerical role is a plus. • Providing support to the Financial Services team with bookkeeping and administrative tasks
• Assisting with data entry, billing, and maintaining financial records
• Communicating professionally with clients, vendors, and internal team members
• Ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all assigned duties

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
