The Basics:

Pay: $31,200 per year + gas reimbursement

Schedule: Day or night, flexible upon demand. Must be available to work all hours and 7 days a week during peak catering season.

DAY-TO-DAY

As an Inventory and Operations Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations at our deli and store. Your responsibilities will include managing and organizing inventory, coordinating with suppliers, performing regular stock counts, and collaborating with the operations team to optimize workflows. Additionally, you'll assist in the preparation of reports, handle administrative tasks, and work closely with the CEO. With your punctuality, pride in work quality, and ability to handle loads up to 80lbs, you'll contribute to maintaining a well-stocked and efficient operation.

REQUIREMENTS

Must have your own vehicle, preferably a truck or larger vehicle capable of handling a large load of inventory.
Punctual and dedicated to completing tasks efficiently.
Experience working with restaurants for catering and events.
Flexible availability to assist at events during all hours.
Ability to handle physical demands, including lifting and moving heavy items.
Good time management skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
Preferred Requirements:

Experience in inventory management or a similar role.
Previous work experience in the retail or food industry.
