️ Position Summary

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with Georgia Geriatrics, you’ll provide compassionate in-home care to hospice clients. Your role will focus on ensuring comfort, dignity, and quality of life for those in your care. We offer both part-time and full-time opportunities with day and evening shifts available to fit your schedule.

Pay Rate: $14–$17/hour (based on experience and case complexity)

️ Key Responsibilities

As a CNA, you’ll play an essential role in the daily lives of our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene
- Turning and repositioning clients to ensure comfort and skin health
- Preparing light meals and assisting with feeding when necessary
- Performing light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean environment
- Monitoring and reporting changes in the client’s condition to the care manager or hospice nurse
- Maintaining a calm, respectful, and professional presence in the home

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications

We’re looking for caregivers who bring compassion, professionalism, and experience to the role. Here’s what we’re seeking:
- Experience: 1+ year in home care, hospice, or elderly care preferred
- Certification: CNA or PCA certification preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently with integrity and empathy
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Must pass a background check and provide references
