Empire Heating & Air Conditioning of Atlanta, GA is looking to hire a full-time Experienced HVAC Technician to go into our clients' homes or commercial buildings and install, service, and maintain their HVAC systems, as well as provide leadership for the other technicians on the team. Our Experienced HVAC Technicians earn a competitive base pay , $26-$34.50 depending on experience, plus the opportunity to earn uncapped commission. We pay the BEST in the region! You would also be eligible for great benefits and perks including performance incentives, profit sharing, health insurance, dental insurance, disability insurance, a 401(k) 6% match, a credit union, paid holidays, paid vacations, a fleet of well-equipped vehicles, uniforms, and a minimum of 40 hours of training a year. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A EXPERIENCED HVAC TECHNICIAN

• Relevant experience
• Relevant certifications
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform typical tasks associated with servicing and installing HVAC systems
• Leadership ability
