• Mechanical Surgery: Deep-diving into the guts of our fleet to diagnose and fix the unfixable.

• Hydraulic Heroics: Mastering the complex lifters and compactors that do the heavy lifting for the community.

• Tech Wizardry: Using state-of-the-art diagnostic tools to talk to the trucks' brains.

• Shop Camaraderie: Working in a high-energy shop where the coffee is hot, the music is loud, and your teammates have your back.

What We’re Looking For

• A Grease Monkey with a Brain: You know your way around a diesel engine better than your own living room.

• Tool Collector: You’ve got a toolbox that’s your pride and joy.

• Problem Solver: You don’t just swap parts; you figure out why they broke.

• CDL Aspirations: If you have a Class A or B, awesome! If not, we’ll help you get the credentials to drive the beasts you build.
