Our agency opened in 2010 and has grown into a high-performing team of 21 across two locations. I began my career as a State Farm team member, participated in the aspirant program, and went on to open my own agency, building a strong foundation for growth and development. We stay highly involved in the community through local business associations, Chambers of Commerce, and various networking groups, maintaining a strong presence in the areas we serve. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. - Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
