We’re seeking a Bilingual Retail Sales Consultant to join the team at our flagship retail location—Restaurant Equipment Market (REM, in Doraville, GA. This is a customer-facing role ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, thrives in a dynamic retail environment, and is fluent in Spanish, Chinese, Vietnamese, or Korean (strongly preferred).

Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in the retail store with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases.
- Deliver a high-touch customer experience and cultivate long-term client relationships.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and internal teams to ensure accurate, timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain showroom appearance and ensure shelves are fully stocked and organized.
- Manage order intake and processing, including special orders, freight quotes, and custom furniture sales.
- Learn to read floor plans, support restaurant project planning, and grow into a trusted restaurant consultant.
- Stay flexible and ready to adapt to new responsibilities as the company continues to grow.
Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
- Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and initiative
- Comfortable using inventory and point-of-sale systems
Preferred:
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish, Chinese, Vietnamese, or Korean
- Customer service or retail sales experience, preferably in B2B or foodservice
- Tech-savvy and eager to learn new tools and systems
