Express is seeking dependable Machine Operators to join our exceptional team. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating machinery and equipment to produce goods.

Compensation: $16.00 per hour (paid weekly)

Shift Schedules

• 1st - Monday - Friday - 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM
• 2nd - Monday - Thursday -3:30 PM - 11:30 PM
• 2nd - Monday - Thursday -3:30 PM - 1:30 AM
• 3rd - Monday - Friday - 11:30 PM - 7:30 AM

Responsibilities

• Set Up and Operate Machines: Follow procedures to configure and calibrate machines.
• Monitor Production: Watch for quality issues and equipment malfunctions.
• Maintain Machines: Perform routine maintenance such as cleaning and lubricating.
• Manage Inventory: Ensure the right materials are available.
• Create and Maintain SOPs: Ensure machines are operating efficiently and safely.
• Train Others: Share knowledge of equipment with less experienced operators.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Machine Operator experience
• Must have a clean background
• Must pass a drug screen.
• Must have reliable transportation
• Good physical strength and manual dexterity to lift heavy materials.
• Attention to detail to ensure quality output.
• Ability to troubleshoot and fix minor equipment issues.
• Ability to follow written and verbal
