ABOUT THE ROLE
S&S Activewear is building a high performance, people first culture across our distribution centers and field operations. As part of this transformation, we are seeking a strategic, operationally minded HR Director, Field to elevate our people agenda, strengthen frontline leadership capability, and drive organizational effectiveness across multiple sites. Reporting to the SR Director of HR Field and serving as a key member of the Extended HR leadership team, this role ensures our field organization is equipped, engaged, and aligned to deliver exceptional results.
The ideal candidate brings strong leadership presence, deep experience supporting large, complex field operations, and the courage to make bold, business forward decisions. This role is critical in shaping a modern, scalable HR function that supports a fast moving, customer centric business.
This is a fully remote leadership role with national reach, significant visibility, and tremendous opportunity for impact.
Monday-Friday, Full-Time, Exempt
Salary Range: $145,000 - $175,000 (based on experience) with bonus potential

- Leverage HR systems, analytics, and reporting to identify trends, predict challenges, and drive evidence based decisions.
- Develop dashboards and workforce insights that help leaders make smarter, faster decisions.
- Use data to improve safety, compliance, staffing stability, and frontline effectiveness.
Own the Outcome
- Lead HR strategy and execution across distribution centers and field operations.
- Ensure HR processes are efficient, compliant, scalable, and consistently executed across all sites.
- Conduct root cause analyses on turnover, engagement, and performance challenges, implementing targeted action plans.
- Partner with Corporate HR and Legal to resolve complex employee relations matters.
- Manage the Field HR budget with discipline and operational rigor.
Win Together
- Partner closely with Operations, Talent Acquisition, Learning Talent Enablement, Communications, and business leaders to strengthen the employee experience.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to executives on workforce trends, leadership capability, and organizational effectiveness.
- Build strong relationships across all levels of the organization to drive shared success.
- Support enterprise-wide initiatives that enhance culture, retention, and organizational health.

Required Experience
- 8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with significant experience supporting field, distribution center, or multi-site operations.
- Demonstrated success partnering with senior operations leaders in fast paced, high volume environments.
- Proven leadership development and executive coaching experience that drives sustained behavioral change.
- Deep experience in employee relations, organizational design, talent development, and workforce planning.
- Strong experience using HR metrics, analytics, and data to drive decisions.
- Experience leading HR teams across multiple locations.
- Strong understanding of compliance, safety, and labor regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or MBA preferred.
