Talkiatry is led clinically by Dr. Georgia Gaveras, a board-certified child, adolescent, and adult psychiatrist with an additional board certification in addiction medicine.

At Talkiatry, our psychiatrists have control over their practice. Our support staff focuses on removing administrative duties, enabling you to spend more time on patient care. We also offer flexibility in where and when you practice medicine, allowing you to set your hours and schedule.

We provide in-network outpatient treatment for children and adults with depressive, anxiety, attention, and other disorders. Talkiatry does not offer intensive outpatient or partial hospitalization programs. We believe that improving access to mental health care starts with supporting our doctors. We address challenges faced by psychiatrists, from lack of infrastructure and support in private practice to being overworked and underpaid in hospitals and clinics. Our goal is to bridge the outpatient psychiatry gap by providing high-quality, respected care in a modern setting with modern tools.

Talkiatry believes psychiatric care should be affordable and accepts all major insurance. We have a large in-house billing and patient care team that handles administrative issues for our clinicians.

Our full-time psychiatrists earn approximately $300K$350K+ annually, including base salary and productivity incentives, with guaranteed incentives during onboarding.

Your Qualifications

• Board eligible or certified in Psychiatry; subspecialties encouraged.
• Active, unrestricted medical license (we assist with licensing).
• Excellent clinical and communication skills.
