Job Title: HR Coordinator
Location: Duluth, GA 30096
Type: Temp to Hire (Onsite)
Shifts: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM Eastern Time
Summary:
We are seeking a motivated HR professional with strong analytical and presentation skills to support core HR functions. This role requires a self-starter who can work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with minimal training.
Key Responsibilities:
· Support new hire onboarding and orientation processes
· Assist in training & development and performance management activities
· Handle HR data, reporting, and compensation-related tasks
· Work with payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Paylocity)
· Create reports, dashboards, and presentations for HR and leadership teams
Required Skills:
· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP required)
· Strong proficiency in PowerPoint (presentation creation)
· Ability to analyze data and present insights clearly
Qualifications:
· 2–3 years of HR experience (or recent graduate with relevant exposure)
· Experience working in a large corporate environment preferred
· Hands-on experience with onboarding, HR operations, and payroll systems
