• Advise clients on business succession planning and wealth preservation techniques.

• Represent clients in probate proceedings, ensuring efficient administration of estates.

• Provide guidance on estate administration processes, including the distribution of assets and resolution of disputes.

• Collaborate with individuals and families to create comprehensive plans for managing private wealth.

• Conduct legal research and stay informed about changes in estate and probate law.

• Draft and review legal documents related to estate planning and administration.
