Purchasing Support Coordinator

Reliable Security Staffing LLC is looking for a motivated Purchasing Support Coordinator to join our Support team. This full-time, remote position based in Atlanta offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our operations in the Security and Investigations industry.
As a Purchasing Support Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient procurement of necessary supplies and services that support our security operations. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will help streamline our processes and improve our service delivery to clients.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the procurement of goods and services necessary for operations
- Maintain accurate records of purchases and inventory levels
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery
- Support the team in processing purchase orders and requests
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify purchasing opportunities
- Collaborate with other departments to forecast purchasing needs
- Help resolve any issues or discrepancies with orders
- Provide administrative support for budget tracking and reporting
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Familiarity with procurement processes is a plus
