Key Responsibilities:

Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
Build and nurture strong client relationships, providing follow-up as needed.
Create ongoing networking opportunities and establish new connections.
Offer prompt, accurate, and friendly support to clients.
Maintain a strong work ethic and commitment to success every day.
Identify and develop new service opportunities with both existing and new clients.

Qualifications:

Must be based in Tennessee for this remote position
Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
Life & Health license (must be able to obtain)
1-2 years of sales experience (preferred)
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Proven success in meeting sales goals and quotas
Passionate about the role insurance and financial products play in people's lives
Strong track record of dependability, trustworthiness, and ethical behavior
Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
Skilled at initiating contact and securing appointments from scratch
