The work:
As an O2C Lead , you will leverage your expertise in Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Order to Cash (O2C) processes to drive operational excellence and deliver high-quality solutions. You will foster collaboration, mentor team members, and ensure alignment with stakeholders to achieve project goals and optimize efficiency.

• Lead and manage O2C processes with advanced proficiency in Oracle SCM and Order Management.
• Foster collaboration among team members to enhance project delivery and service quality.
• Identify and implement process improvements to optimize operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.

This is a hybrid role and will require 3 days per week in the office. Hiring locations are Atlanta, Dallas or Tampa.

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience with Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Order to Cash (O2C).

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

Bonus points if you have:

• Advanced proficiency in Oracle Order Management and process optimization.

• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

• Certifications in Oracle SCM or related fields.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
