Position Details:


Job Title: Analyst
Employment Type: W2 Contract
Work Model: On-site & Hybrid options available
Location: Atlanta, Georgia



Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates must be Green Card Holders, US Citizens, GC EAD, or H4 EAD Visa holders



Responsibilities and duties:

• Develop and implement data analysis procedures to achieve various business objectives
• Lead and conduct analytics projects by importing, and exporting data as per project requirements
• Leverage data collection systems and strategies to optimise operational efficiency, and quality
• Work with team leaders and department managers to create, and implement data collection guidelines
• Identify missing data and implement plans to optimise data collection to improve business performance
• Interpret available data using analytics, statistical techniques and research methodologies
• Prepare and summarise data reports for use by team managers, senior executives, and board members
• Evaluate key performance indicators and recommend suitable business plan updates
• Serve as a liaison between employees and management by interpreting data insights for workflows, policies, and company procedures

Qualifications and skills:

• Bachelor's degree or a related field
• Proficiency with computers and analytics software
• Prior experience in an analyst or data mining role
• Technical expertise in data mining, data segmentation and data models
• Knowledge of statistics and experience analysing datasets using statistical tools, and software
• Attention to detail and a solid ability to recognise patterns, anomalies, and trends in large datasets
• Analytical skills to collect, organise, clean and analyse large datasets
• Robust maths, critical thinking, organisation and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and research skills
• Ability to summarise and express complex information into concise, and easy-to-understand business reports
• Strong knowledge of and experience with custom report generation
