Role Description.

This is a full-time on-site Real Estate Paralegal role located in Richmond Hill, Georgia. As a Real Estate Paralegal, you will be responsible for legal document preparation, tract timelines (e.g. due diligence, closing, etc.), review title abstracts, prepare title commitments, communicate effectively with clients and the public, title insurance, leases, residential and commercial real estate tasks.

Qualifications.

• Legal Document Preparation

• Title Insurance and Leases Knowledge

• Experience in Residential and Commercial Real Estate

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

• Paralegal certification or relevant degree a plus

• Knowledge of real estate law and regulations a plus

• Must pass background check.
