About This Role
Positive Pathways ABA is a newly established ABA program providing early intervention services within a high-quality childcare setting at Building Foundations Learning Academy. Our focus is on young children (ages 2–5), using play-based, developmentally appropriate ABA.
We are currently launching services with a small caseload and are seeking a BCBA to grow with us.
We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide clinical services on a contract (1099) basis. This role is ideal for a BCBA looking for flexible, part-time work, or an additional opportunity alongside their current position. The BCBA will serve as the clinical lead for a small caseload (currently 2 clients), with the opportunity to expand as the program grows.
What You'll Do- Conduct initial ABA assessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Determine medical necessity and service recommendations
- Provide supervision and oversight of RBTs
- Review data and monitor client progress
- Participate in parent/caregiver collaboration as needed
Active BCBA certification in good standing
Experience with early childhood (preferred)
Ability to work independently while maintaining clinical integrity
Strong communication and documentation skills
