$120,000 – $125,000 + Bonus

About the Opportunity

A rapidly growing healthcare services organization is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join its leadership team during an exciting period of expansion. Having completed multiple acquisitions and with additional growth planned, the company is investing heavily in building scalable accounting processes, strengthening controls, and enhancing financial reporting capabilities.

This opportunity is ideal for an accounting professional who enjoys process improvement, team leadership, and helping build infrastructure within a fast-paced, acquisition-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support the monthly close process across multiple entities and locations
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop senior accounting staff
  • Review account reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting packages
  • Assist with acquisition integrations and standardization of accounting processes
  • Build and enhance accounting infrastructure, workflows, and internal controls
  • Partner with leadership on reporting improvements, automation initiatives, and operational efficiencies
  • Support multi-location financial reporting and allocation methodologies
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial statements and management reporting
  • Assist with external audits and compliance-related initiatives
Qualifications
  • 5–15 years of progressive accounting experience
  • Strong operational accounting and month-end close experience
  • Multi-entity and/or multi-site accounting experience required
  • Prior healthcare industry experience is a plus, but not required
  • Public accounting experience preferred
  • CPA preferred, but not required
  • Experience with ERP systems such as Sage Intacct, NetSuite, or similar platforms preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to drive process improvements and operate in a growth-oriented environment

Compensation & Benefits
  • Base Salary: $120,000 – $125,000+
  • Bonus Potential: 10%–15%
