Customer Service
Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication with the client
- Maintain records of client interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- 7+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, set priorities, and see projects through to completion
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and work effectively on multiple tasks in a fast paced, demanding environment
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
