Shift : Monday - Wednesday 6PM - 6AM, Thursdays 6PM - 12AM

40 Hour Shift!

What You’ll Do:

• Answer incoming calls and gather necessary details for dispatch.
• Assign tow jobs to drivers based on availability and location.
• Confirm job pricing before dispatching a truck.
• Verify if towed units need repair at Myles Truck Repair.
• Ask non-company callers if the tow will be under their name as the authorizer.
• Communicate with drivers and customers to provide updates.
• Document job details and ensure accuracy in dispatch logs.
• Complete end-of-shift reports, noting any issues, customer concerns, or damages.

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior dispatching or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of towing and truck repair is a plus.
• A positive, can-do attitude with a focus on teamwork and service.
