Business Development Representative – Commercial Refrigeration
Pay Range: $60,000 + Bonuses + Robust Benefits + Company Vehicle
Location: Kennesaw, GA
Position Type: Direct Hire

How you’ll spend your time as a Business Development Representative:
- Achieve annual revenue and margin goals for service (preventative maintenance, reactive repair) and related project-based work for assigned accounts.
- Establish and build relationships with all key customer contacts and decision makers to sell products and services.
- Establish and maintain customer contact information in Salesforce.
- Develop and update annual account plans in Salesforce for assigned customers.
- Acts as the conduit for the customer to communicate administrative and operational issues to the appropriate operations and/or operations resources to ensure issues are addressed in a timely manner.
- Work with Operations (Service Manager) on the execution of service contract RFP processes for renewal of existing service contracts with assigned customers, including providing information required by the RFP.
- Ensure visibility to all relevant bid and/or negotiated installation opportunities from assigned accounts, within our footprint.
- Comply with all required sales processes, including Salesforce.
- Identify and act on new sales opportunities within existing assigned accounts.
- Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis, and lead the solution development efforts.
Skills & experience we'd like you to have as a Business Development Representative:
- 3+ years of Strategic Account Management and sales experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field, preferred.
- Proficient with CRM (Salesforce preferred).
- Knowledge of commercial refrigeration equipment and industry is required.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of the construction and service industry is a plus, including principles and practices related to project estimation, labor forecasting, and building permits.

- Strong leadership & influencing skills, with demonstrated ability to champion organizational initiatives across the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy and professionalism.
- Ability to interface across all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects.
- Experience making informal and formal presentations, inside and/or outside an organization; speaking before groups.
- Experience with contract negotiations, forecasting, and budgeting.
