Sedation Center Front Office Coordinator-Bilingual
Front Office Coordinator – Children’s Sedation Center of Atlanta (Bilingual)
We are seeking a Front Office Coordinator to join our Children’s Sedation Center. This role is critical in supporting patient families, coordinating schedules, and ensuring a smooth front-office experience in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM
- One Saturday per month (required)
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients and families in a compassionate, professional manner.
- Manage patient check-in and check-out processes.
- Verify insurance coverage and assist with insurance pre-authorizations (preferred).
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with clinical staff.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and support daily front office operations.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (required).
- Previous experience in a medical or dental front office setting.
- Experience with insurance verification and pre-authorizations strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a structured, patient-focused environment.
