The Dining Room Host is responsible for creating a warm, clean, and welcoming environment for every guest. This role focuses on delivering genuine hospitality through 2nd Mile Service, maintaining exceptional dining room standards, and consistently living out Chick-fil-A’s Core 4. Dining Room Hosts play a vital role in enhancing the guest experience by anticipating needs and supporting overall Front of House operations.

Prior experience as a host, hostess, or restaurant crew member, team member is not required but is preferred.

Requirements/Responsibilities

Create a warm, welcoming dining room experience for every guest

Deliver 2nd Mile Service by anticipating guest needs and going above and beyond expectations

Maintain exceptional dining room standards, including table touches, condiment stations, floors, and restrooms

Engage with guests throughout their visit to ensure satisfaction and follow-through

Assist guests with trays, refresh on beverages, high chairs, and special accommodations

Support overall Front of House operations during peak periods
