At Inova Staffing in Dawsonville, GA, you’ll join a fast-paced operation that touches everything from laptops and desktops to TVs and smartphones. Every shift brings variety, teamwork, and hands-on problem solving.

Your day at a glance

• 8:00 AM – Huddle with your team, review priorities, and gear up for the day.
• Mid-morning – Depending on your role, you’ll be disassembling electronics, repairing devices at the bench, or moving materials by sit-down forklift.
• Afternoon – Keep the workflow moving: sort and document components, load/unload, test and refurbish products, and collaborate with inventory teams.
• Wrap-up – Maintain a clean, safe work area and prep for tomorrow’s goals. Overtime may be available when production ramps up.

Role paths and pay

General Laborer – $15.00/hr

• Use hand tools to safely disassemble computers, televisions, and other electronics.
• Sort components for recycling or resale in line with safety and environmental rules.
• Move materials throughout the warehouse and keep your workspace spotless.

Bench Technician – From $15.00/hr

• Test, repair, and refurbish desktops, laptops, and a range of consumer electronics.
• Diagnose issues and replace parts such as RAM, hard drives, and graphics cards.
• Cross-train with other tech teams to support production goals.

Sit-Down Forklift Operator – $16.50/hr

• Operate sit-down forklifts to move steel and electronic materials.
• Load/unload trucks, inspect equipment, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Assist with inventory and collaborate with warehouse teams to keep operations efficient.

Schedule and location

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (Overtime available as needed)
• Employment Type: Full-time
