1st Position: SailPoint Business Analyst

Location: Atlanta, GA (Remote)

Job Type: Contract / Contract to Hire

Job Description:-

• Strong understanding of IAM lifecycle and process architecture
• Collect, review, analyze, manage, system and user requirements from business users
• Work with the business & technical teams to clarify functional requirements.
• Document detailed proposals, functional & data business requirements, process flows, use cases, information needs, test scenarios, and obtain functional design specification approvals.
• Manage the UAT process by performing smoke testing, test case validation, and obtaining business approvals on UAT for scheduled deployments.
• Serve as a liaison to other teams in planning, coordination, development and deployment of multi-team enhancement or projects
• Ensures delivery of project and enhancement requirements meet the requirements defined by the business customer
• Accountable for ensuring training needs are met for new or existing applications
• Build complex workflows and diagrams to depict business and system processes.
• Liaison between IT and the business defining stakeholder demand and delivering technology to enable and meet business strategy and support day-to-day operations.
• Execute detailed project plans.
• Solid understanding of the day-to-day execution of business processes and related IT tasks.
• Strong understanding of multiple software delivery life cycle methodologies.
• Plan and Conduct User Acceptance Testing processes.
• Create test scripts to test new enhancements and functionality.
• Create user guides and training documentation.
• Manage incidents on a daily basis and follow up on critical issues.

Experience Required:

Minimum 5 years of experience in IT or related technical professions with Identity and Access Management field

Preferred Skills:

• Expertise in SailPoint and SSO applications including knowledge of its various modules for analysis and design in existing functionality and future roadmap strategy
• Previous Entertainment Industry Work Experience
• PMP and/or CSM certification
• Process flow mapping, data conversion and interface design
• Strong process flow and diagramming skills (Visio application)
• Ability to facilitate business requirements and design review sessions with customers

2nd Position: Sailpoint Solution Architect

Location: Atlanta, GA (Remote)

Job Type: Contract / Contract to Hire

Description:

This position is responsible for architecting and delivering identity integration solutions in Identity Management Project Delivery Team.

Responsibilities:

• Define strategy on migration of Identity Management components from legacy platform to SailPoint IdentityIQ LCM and execute it
• Provide SailPoint Identity IQ User Provisioning(LCM) & Access Certifications implementation and leadership expertise
• Interpret and apply SDLC skills to build SailPoint IdentityIQ based Identity Management solutions to support globally dispersed businesses, personnel, and customers
• Demonstrate deep and broad knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ LCM & Governance modules
• Communicating to executives, leadership, clients and application teams on both the product and the implementation at the technical and/or functional level appropriate to the situation & audience
• Managing project scope, schedule, status and documentation

Requirements:

• 10 - 12+ years of professional work experience as part of an enterprise software company or systems integrator. This should include 4+ years of implementing & architecting SailPoint IdentityIQ LCM implementation.
• Experience in leading 2+ SailPoint IdentityIQ LCM migration projects from other IDM platform
• Experience in executing CA Identity Manager to SailPoint Identity IQ Migration project is preferred
• Ability to articulate the difference between leveraging OOTB Vs Custom solution & Drive the project team towards an OOTB approach wherever possible
• Strong competency in architecting and developing IDM framework(s) in SailPoint IdentityIQ for onboarding platform
• Strong experience in the Identity IQ LCM Modules(Business Process/Life Cycle Events/Quick Links/Auditing/Reporting/Access Request/Entitlement Management)
• Architect solutions to ensure that IAM solutions and services perform according to defined processes, meet defined policies, meets/exceeds the defined performance requirements and comply with information security requirements
• Experience with the following programming languages: Java, Bean Shell/JavaScript, JSP/Servlets, and SQL.
• Review detailed business requirements with project analysts and product managers to ensure they adhere to our Next Gen Identity Management strategy
• Build positive working relationships with team members, peer technical teams, application teams, and customers
• Ability to manage multiple application integrations
• Understand business processes and challenges to supply recommended Identity Management Integration Patterns
• Focus on Innovation and Operational Excellence
• Identify issues within an integration and supply leadership with technical solutions
• Provide directions and prioritize tasks effectively for the team members to ensure that project deliverables and deadlines are met
• Self-motivated to identify potential areas of improvement within Identity Management Platform
• Expertise with RBAC/ABAC a plus

Technical Requirements:

Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience. J2EE certification is a plus. CISSP certification is a plus.
