Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of marketing campaigns and day-to-day brand initiatives. This role is essential in ensuring our projects stay on schedule, within budget, and aligned with strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and project management skills and be eager to grow within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, development, and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure brand consistency.

• Monitor campaign performance metrics and prepare detailed performance reports.

• Manage timelines and logistics for promotional materials, print collateral, and marketing assets.

• Support the execution of events, product launches, and other marketing activities.

• Conduct competitor and market research to support strategy development.

• Maintain project documentation and ensure marketing assets are properly archived.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

• 1-3 years of experience in marketing coordination, project management, or related roles.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic marketing platforms (e.g., CRM, email marketing tools).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Knowledge of marketing principles and campaign development processes.
