Journey Kids Director
The Journey Kids Director provides leadership, vision, and oversight for Journey Kids (birth–5th grade) at Journey Church. This role exists to partner with families in helping children become lifelong disciples of Jesus by creating safe, engaging, and spiritually formative environments where kids can learn to live and love like Jesus.
The Journey Kids Director recruits, trains, equips, and cares for volunteers while ensuring that every aspect of the ministry aligns with the mission of Journey Church: becoming a missional community of disciples learning to live and love like Jesus.
The Journey Kids Director reports directly to the Lead Pastor and serves as a key leader within the Family Ministry department.
