Forklift Operator - $19-20/hr

Job Description

Work in a warehouse either receiving inbound materials or loading outbound shipments. Operate equipment such as clamps, order pickers, reach trucks, turrets, and loaders. Perform some lifting up to 50 pounds.

Shift & Pay

• First shift hours are from 5am to 1:30pm (with potential overtime until 2:30pm Mon-Fri and 5am to 1:30pm on Saturdays). $19/hr
• Second shift hours are from 3pm to 11:30pm (with potential overtime until 12:30am Mon-Fri and 2pm-8pm on Saturdays). $20/hr

Responsibilities

• Operate various types of warehouse equipment including clamps, order pickers, reach trucks, turrets, and loaders.
• Receive and process inbound materials.
• Load and prepare outbound shipments.
• Perform general warehouse duties including inventory management, packing, and using RF scanners.
• Ensure safe and efficient operation of forklifts and other warehouse equipment.

Essential Skills

• Experience with warehouse forklift operations.
• Proficiency in using clamps, order pickers, reach trucks, turrets, and loaders.
• Experience in shipping and receiving.
• General labor skills.
• Ability to operate inventory and packing equipment.
• Experience with RF scanners, pallet jacks, and stand-up forklifts.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Previous forklift and warehouse experience.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
