Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial statements, journal entries, and reconciliations in line with U.S. GAAP.
- Oversee cost accounting, inventory valuation, and variance analysis.
- Ensure internal controls, compliance, and support audit readiness.
- Collaborate with tax and M&A consultants for acquisition integration and financial reporting.
- Lead and mentor accounting staff, fostering process improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 7 years of experience in accounting, preferably in manufacturing/distribution.
- Strong U.S. GAAP knowledge.
- CPA certification required.
- Proficiency in SAP.
