Volleyball Coach – D1 Training Norcross
Location: Norcross, GA | Part-Time & Contract Positions Available

At D1 Training Norcross , we believe in developing the complete athlete through elite-level, 5-star training programs. As we expand into sport-specific performance training, we’re looking for a Volleyball Coach who’s fired up to lead the next generation of champions. Position Summary:

We’re hiring a high-energy Volleyball Coach who can deliver results-based, sport-specific training for athletes of all skill levels — from beginner to advanced club and varsity players. This coach will design and implement sessions that improve strength, agility, vertical, coordination, and volleyball fundamentals, while building confidence and competitive mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and lead volleyball-specific training sessions (individual, group, or team-based)
• Develop athlete skills in passing, setting, hitting, blocking, serving, and footwork
• Incorporate D1-style performance training principles into sessions (speed, power, agility)
• Encourage a disciplined, uplifting, and competitive atmosphere on and off the court
• Track athlete progress and provide personalized feedback and coaching
• Support community engagement efforts to grow D1’s volleyball training presence
• Maintain high safety standards and equipment cleanliness during sessions
• Collaborate with General Manager and Head Coach to expand and evolve the program

✅ Requirements:

• Prior coaching experience at the youth, club, high school, or collegiate level
• Strong background in volleyball — as a coach, player, or both
• Must be fit and able to demonstrate drills with precision and energy
• Clear, confident communication and leadership skills
• Passion for developing athletes physically and mentally
• CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain)
• USA Volleyball (USAV), NFHS, or other coaching certifications are a plus
• Evening and weekend availability preferred
