About the Role RinoFi is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our growing team in Atlanta, GA. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys staying organized, supporting daily business operations, and working in a collaborative office environment. Responsibilities * Perform general clerical and administrative duties to support daily office operations. * Organize, maintain, and update office records and business documents. * Assist with preparing reports, forms, and other internal documentation. * Sort, distribute, and organize incoming mail and office deliveries. * Maintain accurate filing systems and ensure records are properly organized. * Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating office activities. * Monitor office supplies and notify management when replenishment is needed. Minimum requirements: Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent required. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities. * Positive attitude and willingness to learn. * Dependable, professional, and team-oriented.
