Job: Various Positions available - Hotel Housekeeping Department

Shifts: various shifts am and pm available

Pay rate: $16.50 per hour

Available Positions: (both am and pm shifts available )

• Room Attendants / Housekeepers

• Housemen / Housekeeping Aides

• Laundry Attendants

• Public Space Attendants

Key Responsibilities:

Room Attendants / Housekeepers

• Clean guest rooms to the highest luxury standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities.

• Report maintenance issues or lost and found items promptly.

• Ensure carts and supplies are clean and organized.

• Follow all safety and sanitation policies.

Housemen / Housekeeping Aides

• Support Room Attendants by delivering linens, removing trash, and restocking housekeeping closets.

• Assist in deep cleaning projects and special room setups.

• Maintain cleanliness of hallways and service areas.

Laundry Attendants

• Operate commercial washers, dryers, and finishing equipment.

• Sort, wash, dry, fold, and distribute hotel linens and guest clothing.

• Inspect items for wear and damage.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area.

Public Space Attendants

• Clean and maintain the hotel’s public areas, including lobbies, restrooms, corridors, and event spaces.

• Ensure all public areas reflect a luxury ambiance at all times.

• Respond promptly to guest requests and report any suspicious activity.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role within a 4 or 5-star hotel.

• Understanding of high-end hospitality standards and attention to detail.

• Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.

• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies (OSHA guidelines a plus).
