- Replace and fit axles, bearings, brakes and hubs (3.5k, 5k, 7k, 8k 10k etc)
- Wiring and electrical abilities including diagnostics (lights, 12V power, brakes)
- Welding experience (mild steel / MIG, and some aluminum)
- Repairing trailers (decking, fenders, siding, tongue / coupler, interiors, gates)
- Creative mind for repair workarounds when needed
- Amazing attention to detail and pride in work product
- Will need to show evidence of reliability. On time. Every day.
- Team player - willingness to work well with others in different teams.
- Good customer relationship skills with a can do attitude
