We are a local food truck franchise specializing in hot mini donuts and fresh lemonade looking for an experienced quick service food truck lead with a great attitude, proper ID and means of transportation. An ideal candidate would have a food safety manager certification or the aptitude to acquire it. Must have weekend and evening availability. The lead would be expected to:
- Operate, maintain & troubleshoot the donut machine and other equipment
- Prep for events/vending as needed
- Oversee set-up and breakdown/clean-up for events/vending
- Coordinate and manage a small team of part-time employees
- Monitor inventory levels
- Operate Square POS device
We offer competitive pay based on experience and abilities. This position has the potential to become full-time.
