What You’ll Do
As a Lead Fire Alarm Technician , you’ll:
Take ownership of projects — run small crews , oversee installations, and ensure quality work.
Read blueprints and coordinate with managers on project updates, findings, and issues.
Perform installation, programming, testing, inspection, and repair of fire detection and signaling systems.
Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to deliver exceptional service.
Document inspections accurately and follow up on any repair recommendations.
Mentor and train junior technicians to build the next generation of talent.
What You Bring
High School Diploma or equivalent
4+ years of experience in fire protection systems (fire alarm experience required)
NICET Level II in Fire Alarm Systems (or ability to obtain within 18 months)
Strong understanding of fire protection codes and standards
Proven ability to lead a crew and communicate with multiple stakeholders
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
A team-first attitude with the ability to stay calm, adaptable, and solutions-focused
