Blue Print Out is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Event Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage events from conception through completion, ensuring all logistical and operational details are flawlessly executed. You will work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver exceptional results while adhering to budgets and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute various events including corporate gatherings, product launches, and private functions

• Liaise with clients to understand objectives and requirements

• Develop detailed event proposals and timelines

• Secure venues, vendors, and service providers

• Manage on-site event execution and troubleshoot in real time

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal obligations

• Monitor budgets and prepare post-event reports

• Maintain event documentation and client communication

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Proven experience in event planning or coordination (2+ years preferred)

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure

• Knowledge of vendor negotiation and contract management

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling tools

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
