Position Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and service-oriented Food & Beverage Intern to support operations across multiple outlets within our luxury hotel, including the coffee cart, restaurant, in-room dining, and pool bar . This immersive role offers hands-on experience in delivering elevated dining experiences while learning the standards and practices of luxury hospitality.

The ideal candidate is passionate about food and beverage service, thrives in dynamic environments, and is committed to creating memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Service & Experience
  • Deliver warm, attentive, and personalized service in alignment with luxury hospitality standards
  • Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests across all F&B outlets
  • Maintain a polished, professional presence while engaging with guests
  • Handle guest inquiries and feedback with courtesy and efficiency
Outlet Support (Rotational Exposure)

Coffee Cart
  • Prepare and serve coffee, espresso beverages, and light offerings with consistency and care
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the station
  • Engage guests with a welcoming and approachable attitude
Restaurant
  • Assist with set-up, service, and breakdown of dining areas
  • Support servers with food delivery, table maintenance, and guest needs
  • Learn menu knowledge, including ingredients, preparation, and pairing recommendations
In-Room Dining
  • Assist with order preparation, tray/cart setup, and timely delivery to guest rooms
  • Ensure accuracy, presentation, and adherence to service standards
  • Provide discreet, professional in-room service
Pool Bar
  • Support beverage and light food service in an outdoor setting
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
  • Ensure compliance with safety and responsible service practices
Operational & Team Support
  • Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and service teams to ensure seamless operations
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards at all times
  • Assist with inventory organization and restocking as needed
  • Participate in daily briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and support a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
  • Professional demeanor and appearance aligned with luxury standards
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Skills
  • Previous experience in food & beverage or customer service (internship, part-time, or volunteer)
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and service standards
  • Interest in coffee, mixology, or culinary arts is a plus
