Job Overview:
The Outbound Candidate Sourcer I will play a critical role in identifying and engaging top talent to meet the hiring needs of the organization. This position requires a proactive approach to sourcing candidates, building talent pipelines, and collaborating with hiring managers to ensure the best candidates are identified for open roles. The role is temporary and time-based, with a focus on managing workload effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including online platforms, social media, and networking events.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
• Screen and assess candidates to ensure they meet the qualifications and align with the organization's needs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and progress in the applicant tracking system.
• Provide regular updates and reports on sourcing activities and candidate pipelines.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in candidate sourcing or recruitment, preferably in a high-volume environment.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools, including social media platforms and applicant tracking systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with employment laws and regulations is a plus.

Pay Range: $30 - $32 per hour
