- Establish and implement effective workplace procedures
- Credential providers with various payors
- Hire, train and monitor staff consisting of 35-45 members
- Streamline standard operating procedures in clinic/front office
- Supervise daily practice operations such as billing, front office and allergy clinic
- Monitor inventory for medications and medical equipment
- Interact with patients and address their complaints
- Coordinate regular staff meetings and performance reviews
- Collaborate with Physicians to develop business strategies and patient services
- Ensure clinic is OSHA and HIPAA compliant
- Oversee all safety tasks
- Schedule staffing and staff duties
- Confirm all state and federal healthcare regulations are followed
- Lead and motivate team confidently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills for talking with patients, healthcare providers and insurance companies
- Travel is required
