Roofing Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• This is a commission based lead taking sales position
• Present and sell company products, services, and solutions to new and existing customers
• Prospect and negotiate contacts for potential customers
• Maintain company standards, sales goals, and KPI's
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments
• Communicate with insurance adjusters
• Attend weekly meetings and group events
• Most importantly, help as many homeowners as you can!

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service (preferred)
• Previous experience in sales (required)
• Previous roofing or construction experience (preferred)
• Ability to build rapport with clients (required)
• Positive and outgoing personality (required)
• Strong negotiation skills (preferred)
• Deadline and detail-oriented (required)
• Must be able to lift heavy products (required)
• Must be comfortable with climbing roofs (required)
• Must be able to pass a driving record background check (required)
• Highschool diploma or equivalent (required)
