Customer Interaction: Provide prompt and courteous service to policyholders, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues they may have.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring all details are logged according to company standards.

Feedback Collection: Gather and report customer feedback to improve overall service quality and customer satisfaction.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience: Previous customer service experience in a similar setting preferred.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Problem-Solving: Ability to assess situations quickly and provide efficient solutions.
