What we’re looking for:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, or current enrollment as a Clinical Fellow (CFY)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA or eligible CFY
• Experience with pediatric populations, in a school environment preferred
• Comfortable collaborating with teachers, support staff, and families
• Ability to develop and implement IEPs, conduct assessments, and maintain accurate records
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy to students in assigned caseload
• Complete comprehensive speech and language assessments
• Create individualized goals and monitor student progress
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary educational teams
• Provide input for IEP development and participate in meetings
• Support student participation and success within the classroom
