A-Level Technician

About the Role: We are looking for an experienced A-Level Technician to join our team. This role requires advanced diagnostic ability, familiarity with OEM tooling, and strong technical expertise across multiple vehicle systems. The A-Level Technician is a go-to resource for complex repairs and may mentor junior technicians. Responsibilities: Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on all vehicle systems. Use OEM diagnostic tools and resources to troubleshoot issues. Service hybrid and electric vehicles with high accuracy and safety. Provide guidance and mentorship to B- and C-Level Technicians. Ensure all repairs meet quality and safety standards. Accurately document work performed and support workflow efficiency. Minimum requirements: * 3–5+ years of automotive repair experience, or trade school plus 1–2 years field experience. * Advanced knowledge of electrical systems, hybrid/EV systems, and diagnostics. * Familiarity with autonomous, electric, or hybrid vehicle technology preferred. * Experience using OEM tools and software. * Strong leadership and mentoring abilities. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills. * ASE certifications preferred but not required. * Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
