We’re experiencing rapid growth and are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Installation Coordinator to help us scale while delivering the excellent service our customers have come to expect.

About the Role

The Installation Coordinator is the customer’s primary point of contact after an order is placed. You’ll ensure every project runs smoothly by:

• Coordinating installations with our internal operations team and trusted contractors

• Purchasing furniture and accessories with accuracy

• Managing shipping logistics , delivery timelines, and tracking information

• Communicating regularly with customers to set expectations, address concerns, and confirm project details

• Visiting job sites when needed (before, during, or after installation)

Ultimately, your goal is to keep everyone aligned and make sure each customer has a smooth, stress-free experience.

What You Bring

• High School diploma or GED required; college degree preferred

• 2+ years experience in office furniture coordination, purchasing, or installation

• 2+ years of customer service or scheduling experience

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

• A positive, proactive attitude—you’re a problem-solver with a calm presence under pressure

• Ability to explain and manage project setbacks with professionalism and empathy

• Strong time management and attention to detail

• A preference for small business environments where your impact is visible

• Comfort around tools, space planning, or mechanical systems a plus

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
