We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia. This is a Contract to permanent position offering the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic environment within the real estate and property industry. The ideal candidate will excel in data management, client interactions, and ensuring accuracy in payment processes.
Responsibilities:• Perform bulk data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail.
• Review and validate payment information to ensure accuracy within the system.
• Code and manage financial transactions efficiently.
• Analyze ledgers and reconcile discrepancies as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation using Salesforce.
• Handle up to 30 inbound and outbound calls daily, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
• Provide exceptional customer service in a call center environment.
• Utilize Yardi and Salesforce software for data processing and record keeping.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and workflows.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all tasks.• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center setting.
• Proficiency in order entry and handling inbound and outbound calls.
• Strong analytical skills for reviewing and reconciling financial data.
• Familiarity with Yardi and Salesforce software is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience in the real estate or property industry is a plus.
