SUMMER/SEASONAL OPPORTUNITY: Southeast Restoration Group (SRG), a faith-based company, is seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Field Technician . In this entry-level, field-based role, you will provide essential hands-on support to crews and job sites, helping ensure daily operations run smoothly. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, working outdoors or on job sites, and supporting a team through dependable field assistance. SRG offers on-the-job training, a team-first culture, and opportunities for growth within the restoration industry.

Your Impact: Key Responsibilities

• Provide general field support to restoration teams and job sites
• Assist with loading, unloading, moving, and staging materials, equipment, and supplies
• Perform basic labor tasks as directed to support daily operations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of job sites, tools, and equipment
• Follow safety procedures and company standards while working in the field
• Support crews to help projects stay on schedule and operate efficiently

• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 75 pounds
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Comfortable working outdoors, indoors, and in active job-site environments
• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
